Note: Recieving invoice & making payment confirming booking is a agreement between Client an Sunup Bus Charters that you have read & agree too the terms & conditions below.

  • Rates are charged hourly or per person. We do private bookings of individuals / groups / events on demand charter transport with a vehicle that can seat 1-7 people. Our depo/ office is locally based Hamilton Hill Fremantle we will pick you up & drop you off at the address of your choice, travel rate from and too depo may be included. All trips are discussed an agreed upon based off numbers of people , distance of trip, occasion, waiting time , luggage trailer & travelling empty.
  • Full or Part Payment / Purchase order required to secure a booking unless otherwise stated (conditions apply).

  • Full refund on cancellations 24hrs before departure / pick up time unless otherwise stated & agreed an confirmed via email confirmation.

  • Bond may be required for cleaning/damage for particular unless otherwise stated.

  • Respect the vehicle.

  • Respect the driver.
  • Respect each other & public places & people any inappropriate behaviour which is decided by driver may result in trip being cancelled (conditions apply).
  • No alcohol or drugs to be consumed with,n or around vehicle.
